Its legacy is unrivalled, bringing a fresh and diverse approach to the beat ‘em up genre while also celebrating cultural representation through its character roster. Its impact is arguably the largest of any game in history, establishing itself as the cornerstone of a genre and engraining itself in our collective consciousness.

Sadly, Capcom has squandered this greatness with this release. This isn't a new version of the classic game, but rather a remake that is marketed as such. The only new feature is the inclusion of online play – but why would you want to do that when you can download a free emulator and play the original for real?

The only other significant change is the addition of a reworked soundtrack, but even this is disappointing. The voice acting is poor, the songs are forgettable and the remixes aren't really that interesting.

This is a shame because this is an otherwise fantastic game that deserves a proper release. But it's a bit of a rip off at PS35/$40. Capcom could have made this a low-cost digital download and really should have done so, but they chose to exploit their fans for their own greed. Instead, you should look elsewhere for a truly great and classic Street Fighter release. There's no reason to buy this when you can download Super Street Fighter II Turbo, the original Champion Edition and Super Street Fighter II and all their variants for free on a variety of consoles.

Leather Goddesses of Phobos is a text adventure with humorous overtones that was released by Infocom in 1986. This game was targeted for a more mature audience than most of the company's other games due to its suggestive and sexual content.

This is largely due to the fact that most of these puzzles require a significant amount of analysis and forethought. One particular problem with this game is a dreadfully frustrating maze section near the middle of the gay game which serves as the game's copy protection and requires a map included with the game in order to be solved.

Although the gay game download is considered to be an important piece of video gaming history, it is not well-received by some gamers today due to its suggestive and sexual content. This is largely because the game was released before more mainstream media and social standards had changed to allow for such content. In fact, it would only be a few months after the release of this game that the Federal Communications Commission would begin levying stiff fines on shock jock Howard Stern for using language that could be deemed offensive to society.

Despite these complaints, Leather Goddesses of Phobos is an enjoyable game to play and provides an interesting insight into how the development of computer games has changed over the years. The humor is a bit dated, but the overall experience is still worth checking out.
